NuMi Health Limited — App Terms of Use
Written: 25 August 2026
These Terms of Use apply between you, the user of the NuMi app, and NuMi Health Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 15431730, registered office at 39 Hempstead Rd, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6DL, trading from Dragon House, 22 Unthank Road, Norwich, NR2 2RA. NuMi Health Limited is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), registration number 1-18892746538.
These terms cover your use of the NuMi app (app.numi.org.uk) — the platform used to record and share your health assessment results with your coach and, where applicable, an advisory practitioner.
1. Who these terms apply to
NuMi's services are intended for adults only. You must be 18 or over to hold an account and use the app. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18.
2. The service we provide
NuMi Health Limited is a CQC-regulated health and care provider. The app supports a service delivered alongside a qualified coach and, where applicable, an advisory practitioner who reviews and authorises certain procedures (such as bone density scans) in line with UK radiation safety law (IRMER).
The clinical content shown in the app — your results, plain-language summaries, reference ranges and trends — is provided to support the coaching relationship between you and your coach. It is not a substitute for independent medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical concern, you should speak to your GP or another appropriately qualified clinician.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and to:
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your health
- Keep your sign-in credentials and any MFA device secure and private
- Access only your own account and your own data
- Not attempt to interfere with the app, access another person's data, or misuse the service in any way
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, subject to our clinical record-keeping obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Your data
How we collect, use, store and protect your personal and clinical data is set out in our App Privacy Policy and App Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
We provide the app with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the app available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or withdraw the app for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
